Murray State players selected all-conference, 1928-46

Murray State had several players selected all-conference prior to the school helping create the Ohio Valley Conference in the 1948-49 season. Murray State was a member of the Mississippi Valley Conference from 1928-30, the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association from 1931-41 and the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference from 1931-48. (Information on any all-conference selections for the 1946-47 and 1947-48 seasons are unavailable.)
