Murray State players selected All-America

Five Murray State players have been selected NAIA All-Americas, though some records recognize more. Those listed here are confirmed by either NAIA.org, "Twenty-one Years on the Hardwood" (Brumbaugh) or both. Honorable mention all-America choices are not listed.
